Buying a book

Books are sold through Gumroad or Amazon, whichever you choose. Payment happens there, so this site never sees your card details. The store you choose takes the payment, delivers the book, sends the receipt and handles refunds under its own terms: the Gumroad terms or the Amazon Conditions of Use. For a problem with a payment, a download or a refund, contact that store first. For anything about the book itself, write to us.
